Alma Property has just leased a prime 101 sqm tenancy in the Hope Island Marketplace, a thriving shopping centre in Hope Island. The new tenant, an Italian Restaurant, will be serving fresh salads, pasta, pizza, and a pizza by the slice during lunch hours. This new addition is expected to bring even more traffic and excitement to the centre.
The tenant spoke about why they chose Hope Island Marketplace for their new venture.
"We choose Hope Island Marketplace due to its strong traffic flow, generated by a group of high-quality businesses including Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets. There were limited opportunities in this market, especially of properties with good amenities, aspects, and foot traffic. We are excited to be serving customers in this centre very soon."
